July 2012 Production Report

As of July of 2012, more than 1.1 million pages of District Attorney prosecutor case files had been imported into NetDMS. Another 1.4 million pages of County Attorney prosecutor case files had been imported into NetDMS. Every month, Imaging Lab production management highlights are reported on video . . .

June production: 126 thousand microfilm images and more

The annual performance measures for the Imaging Division forecast 1.3 million microfilm images created per year; that's 108,333 per month. In June, the Lab produced 126,566 microfilm images. Details on all performance measures broken down by job and technician are available at this POLARIS link.

During June, work continued with the Planning and Budget Office, County and District Attorneys, and the Information and Technology Services department to procure the next generation document management system. The proposal is summarized in this month's video . . .

May production report

The performance measures in the annual budget submission from RMCR Imaging forecast 125,000 images scanned per month. During May, actual production was more than 157,000 images. Management highlights like these are reported on video every month . . .

Ann Ramos retires

Imaging Lab Technician Ann Ramos retired after 14 years of excellent work. This represents a 12.5 percent decrease in Imaging Lab production capacity.

Production report for December of 2011

Every month, Imaging Lab production management highlights are reported on video. The December update compares the actual production numbers to the performance measurements tied to the annual budget submission. With respect to expunctions of criminal records, none were performed at the Imaging Lab in December, where microfilm records are expunged. This is because there were no work orders issued by the County or District Clerks to expunge microfilmed records. However, there were 69 expunctions of electronic records in December. These were performed at the direction of the Sheriff's Office; they are not included in this month's video ...
