August

Every month, Imaging Lab production management highlights are reported on video.  These video updates are posted two or three weeks after the end of each month.  In August, fewer boxes of District Attorney and County Attorney paper files were delivered to the Imaging Lab for conversion to digital. To maintain scanning volume, the Lab turned to boxes of Medical Examiner papers that will be imported into a new DMS during FY 2014. Details are in this month's video ...

June 2013

Every month, Imaging Lab production management highlights are reported on video. This month's update notes slack time for the Archive Writer, the machine that turns digital images into microfilm. It was used less than usual because there was a sharp drop in the number of digital images delivered to the Lab for conversion to microfilm. Paper scanning, on the other hand, increased since May.
